Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for free within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Email or message us with your order number to cancel.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it (see below).
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
– The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
– You have the original invoice/order confirmation
How to start a return:
1. Email team.jasapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll confirm and arrange a pickup or provide a return address
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Mention this when you start your return and we’ll prioritize the exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or wrong item received?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item — we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
